Gourmet Lentil Burgers

Ingredients
  Red lentils 3 Ounce, cooked, drained and mashed
  Instant mashed potato 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Milk 6 Fluid Ounce (185 Milliliter)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Onions spring 4 , finely chopped
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Bread rolls 4 , split and toasted
  Yogurt mint sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Natural yogurt 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Mint 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

1. Place lentils, mashed potato, milk, egg, spring onions, garlic, cumin, coriander, curry powder and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix well.
2. Shape lentil mixture into eight patties and cook under a preheated grill for 5 minutes each side or until golden and heated through.
3. To make sauce, place yogurt and mint in a bowl and mix to combine. Place two patties on the bottom half of each bread roll, then top with sauce.
