|Ground veal||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned chopped mushrooms||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Hot cooked noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
Combine egg, milk, crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Add veal; mix well.
Shape into 6 patties; coat lightly with flour.
Brown in hot oil in skillet. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Drain off fat.
Combine tomato sauce, undrained mushrooms, wine, parsley, and oregano; pour over meat.
Cover; simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve over noodles; sprinkle with cheese.
