Basa Fillet Burger

This basa fish hamburger is one that would have you thinking about it for a long time to come. You can add this to your barbecue menu and have your friends put together their own burger with the fillings they like best.
Ingredients
  Basa fish fillets 2
  Tabasco sauce 4 Dash (For the seasoning:)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon (For the seasoning:)
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the seasoning:)
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon (For the seasoning:)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the seasoning:)
  Onions slice 3 (For the hamburger:)
  Tomatoes slice 3 (For the hamburger:)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (For the hamburger:)
  Lettuce leaves 2 (For the hamburger:)
  Hamburger buns 2 (For the hamburger:)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning in a bowl and add the fish fillets. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes. Hea a pan and cook the fillet till done on both sides.
Take the hamburger buns (lightly grill it). Place the lettuce leaves. Spread a layer of mayonnaise (you can add some Dijon mustard if you like). Place the slices of onions and tomatoes. Place the fish fillet on top of this. Cover with the other half of the bun and dig into this yummy treat.
