Teriyaki Lamb Burger
|Diced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground lamb||5 Ounce|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Teriyaki sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Heat a small nonstick skillet; add onion and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.
In small bowl mix browned onion with remaining ingredients and shape into a patty.
On rack in broiling pan broil patty, turning once, about 7 minutes or until done to taste
