Sweet Sour Burgers

Ingredients
  Tomato sauce 1 Ounce, can
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Set aside 2 tablespoons of the crushed ginger-snaps.
Combine remaining gingersnaps, 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce, onion, raisins, and salt.
Add meat; mix well.
Shape into four 4-inch patties.
Arrange in 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
Micro-cook, covered, 5 minutes, giving dish a half turn after 3 minutes.
Drain off excess fat.
Combine the remaining tomato sauce, reserved gingersnaps, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, 2 tablespoons water, and dash pepper.
Pour over burgers.
Micro-cook, covered, till done, about 4 minutes, stirring sauce and turning dish after 2 minutes.
