|Chopped green onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Monterey jack cheese slice||4|
Place bacon on two layers of paper towels.
Cover with paper towel.
Microwave at High 3 to 4 minutes, or until slightly underdone.
Preheat browning grill at High 5 minutes.
While microwaving bacon and preheating grill, prepare lamb burgers.
In medium bowl combine lamb, green onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Shape into 4 patties.
Place patties in preheated dish.
Microwave at High 2 minutes.
Microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes, or until patties are desired doneness.
Cut bacon slices in half.
Place two halves on each patty.
Top each with a cheese slice.
Microwave at High 1 minute to melt cheese.
