Burger Wrapped In Grape Leaves- كفته بورق العنب

Another delicious way to cook ground meat wrapped with grape leaves .
Ingredients
  Grape leaves 100 Gram
  Meat patty 1 Pound
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Place meat patties over the grape leaves and wrap carefully.
2. Place all the wraps in a large shallow pan. Top with tomatoes and onion.
3. Season with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Place the pan over the stove and cook for a few minutes.
4. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve burger with lemon wedges.
