Tuna Potato Patties
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant mashed potatoes||4 Ounce (One 4 Serving Size Package)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce with cheese||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
About 20 minutes before serving: In medium bowl, flake tuna; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Prepare potatoes as label directs but omit salt; add to tuna, with parsley flakes, onion, egg, seasoned salt and pepper; mix well.
With floured hands, gently shape into 8 patties; coat with flour.
In medium skillet, in hot salad oil, saute patties until brown on both sides.
Heat tomato sauce.
Serve with patties.
