  Ground chicken 1 Pound
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoned rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
For beef barbecue slider
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Light molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For herb lamb slider
  Ground lamb 1 Pound
  Fresh dill/Oregano 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Fresh mint 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon, grounded
  Cayenne pepper 2 Pinch
Directions

For Chicken Teriyaki slider
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill at medium heat.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl combine ground chicken, soy sauce, seasoned wine vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
3. Shape the mixture into 2 inch by 1 inch patties.
4. Place the sliders over the grill and cook for 6 minutes, flipping the sides.

SERVING
5. Place the sliders over the mini buns and serve with hoisin sauce.

For Beef Barbecue Slider
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill at medium heat.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl combine ground beef, chili sauce, light molasses, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
3. Shape the mixture into 2 inch by 1 inch patties.
4. Place the sliders over the grill and cook for 6 minutes, flipping the sides.

SERVING
5. Place the sliders over the mini buns and serve with BBQ sauce.

For Herb Lamb Slider
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill at medium heat.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl combine ground lamb, dill, mint, lemon juice, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
3. Shape the mixture into 2 inch by 1 inch patties.
4. Place the sliders over the grill and cook for 6 minutes, flipping the sides.

SERVING
5. Place the sliders over the mini buns and serve with tzatziki sauce.
