Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned chopped mushrooms 2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Bottled steak sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

In bowl combine egg, milk, and onion; letstand 2 minutes.
Stir in crumbs, mushrooms, steak sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add beef; mix well.
Shape into 6 patties, each 3/4 inch thick.
Wrap in moisture-vaporproof material in packets of two.
Seal, label, and freeze.
To serve, heat browning skillet or platter in microwave oven on high setting for 6 minutes.
Place two frozen meat patties on hot dish.
Micro-cook, covered, on high setting 4 minutes.
Turn patties over.
Micro-cook, covered, till desired doneness, about 3 minutes longer.
