Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Canned kidney beans 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

In 2-qt casserole combine ground beef, celery, onion and green pepper.
Cover.
Microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring after half the cooking time to break up meat.
Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Microwave at High 5 minutes.
Stir Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 7 to 10 minutes to blend flavors.
