Fresh Fish Burger On Ciabatta
|Light mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Skinless swordfish fillet/Halibut fillets||4|
|Extra virgin olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||1 , zest grated|
|Ciabatta bun||4 , toasted|
Preheat the grill.
Roughly chop the capers and place in a mixing bowl with the mayonnaise and the mustard.
Mix well and set aside.
Place the fish fillets on a baking tray, brush with the olive oil and the lemon zest and grill for 3 minutes on each side.
Top the ciabatta with the fish, then the mayonnaise mix, and serve with fresh salad leaves.
