Relish Burgers

Ingredients
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into paper-thin slices
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Chopped sweet pickle 2 Tablespoon
  Hamburger buns 4 , split
Directions

In bowl combine vinegar, sugar, the 1/2 teaspoon salt, and the 1/8 teaspoon pepper; add onion, tomato, and cucumber.
Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours; drain well.
Combine beef and remaining salt and pepper; shape into 4 patties about 4 inches in diameter each.
Place in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover and cook at HIGH for 5 minutes, giving dish half turn once.
Stir chopped pickle into cucumber mixture.
Serve burgers on buns topped with the cucumber relish.
