Oriental Pepper Burgers
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut in to chunks|
|Tomato sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||4 Teaspoon|
Combine beef, salt and pepper; shape into 4 patties and arrange in baking dish.
Heat at medium-high4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes; drain.
Add onion, green pepper and tomato sauce blended with ginger and soy sauce.
Heat, covered with plastic wrap, at medium-high5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
