Garlic Basil Burger
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onion with tops||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Snipped fresh basil/1 dash dried basil||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped (Small Clove)|
|Bacon slices||2 , cut into halves|
Mix all ingredients except bacon.
Shape into 2 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Place on rack in dish.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) until almost done, 2 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Remove from rack; let stand 3 minutes.
Place bacon on rack in same dish.
Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) until almost crisp, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes; drain.
Crisscross half slices of bacon on patties.
