Sour Cream Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
  Sour cream dip with bacon and horseradish/Sour cream dip with blue cheese 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 4 , sliced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground raw turkey 1 Pound
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Hamburger buns 4 , split and toasted
  Tomato slices 4
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

In a large mixing bowl stir together half of the sour cream dip, the bread crumbs, green onions, salt, and pepper.
Add ground turkey.
Mix well.
Shape mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
In a 10-inch skillet cook patties in hot oil over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or till patties are no longer pink, turning once.
Serve patties on buns, topped with some of the remaining sour cream dip, a tomato slice, and a lettuce leaf.
