Summertime Lamb Burger
|Pesto||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||25 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Oregano||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Rocket leaves||125 Gram|
|Avocado||160 Gram, sliced|
|Red onion||100 Gram, finley sliced|
|Tomato||190 Gram, sliced|
|Pesto cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Light sour cream||160 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
Combine Basic Lamb Mixture in large bowl with pesto, cheese and oregano.
Shape into 4 patties; cook on heated oiled griddle (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked through.
Meanwhile, quarter pide; split pieces in half, toast both sides.
Spread pide bases with some of the Pesto Cream; top with rocket, patties, avocado, onion, tomato and more Pesto Cream before covering with pide tops.
Pesto Cream Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
