Summertime Lamb Burger

Ingredients
  Lamb mixture 1⁄4
  Pesto 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Grated parmesan cheese 25 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Oregano 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Rocket leaves 125 Gram
  Avocado 160 Gram, sliced
  Red onion 100 Gram, finley sliced
  Tomato 190 Gram, sliced
  Pesto cream 1 Tablespoon
  Pesto 2 Tablespoon
  Light sour cream 160 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Water 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine Basic Lamb Mixture in large bowl with pesto, cheese and oregano.
Shape into 4 patties; cook on heated oiled griddle (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked through.
Meanwhile, quarter pide; split pieces in half, toast both sides.
Spread pide bases with some of the Pesto Cream; top with rocket, patties, avocado, onion, tomato and more Pesto Cream before covering with pide tops.
Pesto Cream Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
