Soy Meat Patties

Ingredients
  Beef chuck 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Soy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Fat/Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients except fat.
Mix well, and form into 4 patties.
For medium well-done patties, cook slowly in hot fat for about 5 min on each, side, or until nicely browned.
