Lamb Patties With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Ground lamb/Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 Small, cut into fourths
  Green bell pepper 1 Small, cut into 1-inch pieces
  Summer squash 1 Small, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  Chopped fresh marjoram/1 teaspoon dried marjoram 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Mix lamb, garlic salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
2. Arrange patties in circle on rack in dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 4 minutes.
3. Arrange vegetables on and around lamb; sprinkle with marjoram. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 7 to 9 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender and lamb is medium doneness (170° on meat thermometer).
