Parsley Lamb Patties

Ingredients
  Lamb 1 Pound, ground
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

1. Preheat the broiler. Combine the lamb, salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon rind, and shape the mixture into 4 patties.
2. Broil for 5 minutes on each side for rare, 7 minutes for medium, and 8 to 9 minutes for well done.
