Pepper Burgers

Ingredients
  Instant beef broth 1 Teaspoon (1 Envelope)
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground round/Chuck 2 Pound
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Split hamburger buns 6
  French fried onion rings 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

1. Dissolve beef broth in boiling water in a 1-cup measure.
2. Combine with the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and salt in a medium-size bowl; mix lightly until well blended, then shape into 6 big patties. Sprinkle each side of the patties generously with pepper, pressing it into meat lightly with hands. Place on grill about 6 inches above hot coals.
3. Grill, turning once, 10 to 20 minutes, or until meat is as done as you like it.
4. Toast buns alongside patties on grill, then butter, if you wish. Place meat patties in buns; top each patty with onion rings.
