Sour Cream Burgers
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant onion||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Cornflakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Thoroughly combine ground beef, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and salt.
Crush cornflakes slightly.
Gently stir into meat mixture.
Let stand 1/2 hour.
Shape into 6 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes; turn and broil 6 minutes longer or till done.
