1. Mix all ingredients except apricot preserves. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick. Arrange in circle on rack in dish.
2. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes, turning patties over after 4 minutes, until no longer pink (170° on meat thermometer).
3. Place preserves in 1-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high 30 to 60 seconds or until hot; spoon over patties.
