Barbecued Beef Potato Patties
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Grated potatoes||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Use As Desired)|
|Chopped green pepper||6 Tablespoon|
|Salt||2 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Diced dill pickle||3 Tablespoon|
|Dill pickle juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Catsup||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Hot sauce||2 Drop|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Combine ground beef, potatoes, onions, green pepper, 1 3/4 teaspoons salt and pepper; shape into pat ties.
Combine dill pickle, pickle juice, catsup, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and remaining salt in saucepan; simmer for 5 minutes.
Broil patties over hot coals, 4 to 5 inches from source of heat, for 5 to 7 minutes; turn.
Brush patties with sauce; broil for 5 minutes longer or until of desired doneness.
