Sweet Sour Burgers

  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Gingersnaps 6 , crushed
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finley chopped
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon

Combine 1/4 cup of the tomato sauce, the gingersnaps, onion, raisins, egg, and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
Add meat; mix well.
Shape into six patties; brown in skillet.
Combine the remaining tomato sauce, the brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and dash pepper; pour over burgers.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes, spooning sauce over burgers occasionally.
