Shrimp In Patty Shells

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced (small clove)
  Canned condensed cream of celery soup 10 Ounce (1 can)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and deveined
  Cooked peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Puff pastry patty shells 8 , baked conventionally (refrigerated)
Directions

1. Put butter, onion and garlic into a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at HIGH, or until onion is tender; stir after 1 minute.
2. Add soup, milk, cooked shrimp and peas; mix. Cover with waxed paper. Cook 4 to 5 minutes at HIGH, or until thoroughly heated; stir occasionally.
3. Serve shrimp mixture in patty shells.
