1. In large bowl combine egg, chuck, salt, and instant minced onion.
2. Grease an 8-inch skillet; lightly pat one-half of meat mixture over bottom of it; arrange cheese slices on top; cover with rest of meat, patting smooth. Sprinkle with pepper. Cut into 4 pie-shaped wedges.
3. Cook, on top of range, over fairly high heat, until browned on bottom. Turn; brown other side. Arrange a wedge on each supper plate, along with peas.
