Yummy Tuna Burger

Very yummy and healthy.
Ingredients
  Ground pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Fresh tuna 1 Pound, small dice (Nice)
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , minced
  Jalapeno 1⁄2 , minced
  Shallot 1 , minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced finely
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 2 (Whisk It Until It Forms Soft Peaks, Reserved On The Side)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together beside the soft peak egg whites. Then slowly fold soft peak egg whites into the tuna mix with a rubber spatula. Do not over mix. Pack the tuna into a ring mold and make it into a patty. In a medium high heat pan add 2 Tbs of olive oil. Seared the tuna patty with the ring mold until light brown then flip it over and seared the other side. Slowly take the ring mold out. (Ring mold is optional. It will make the patty easier to be flipped over.)Bake in oven @ 375F for 5 minutes. *You can serve it Raw, meduim or well done.
