Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Green onions 5 , chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato sauce 4 Ounce (1 can)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Crumble ground beef in 2-quart glass casserole. Stir in onions. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except Cheddar cheese; recover.
3. Microwave on ROAST for 15 to 16 minute
