  Meat loaf mixture/Null 2 Pound (Ground Beef And Pork)
  Egg/Null 1 (Null)
  Soft whole wheat bread crumbs/Null 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Null)
  Milk/Null 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Null)
  Salt/Null 2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Paprika/Null 1 Teaspoon (Null)
  Salad oil/Null 2 Tablespoon (Null)
  Chili sauce/Null 12 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Water/Null 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)
  Brown sugar/Null 1 Tablespoon (Null)
  Prepared mustard/Null 1 Teaspoon (Null)
Directions

1. Mix meat-loaf mixture lightly with egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt and paprika until well-blended; shape into 16 balls.
2. Brown in salad oil in a kettle or Dutch oven; remove and set aside. Pour off all drippings.
3. Stir chili sauce, water, brown sugar and mustard into kettle; return meat balls; cover.
4. Simmer, stirring several times, about 30 minutes or until meat balls are cooked through.
