|Soft whole wheat bread crumbs/Null||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Null)|
|Milk/Null||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Null)|
|Salt/Null||2 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Paprika/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Salad oil/Null||2 Tablespoon (Null)|
|Chili sauce/Null||12 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Water/Null||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)|
|Brown sugar/Null||1 Tablespoon (Null)|
|Prepared mustard/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
1. Mix meat-loaf mixture lightly with egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt and paprika until well-blended; shape into 16 balls.
2. Brown in salad oil in a kettle or Dutch oven; remove and set aside. Pour off all drippings.
3. Stir chili sauce, water, brown sugar and mustard into kettle; return meat balls; cover.
4. Simmer, stirring several times, about 30 minutes or until meat balls are cooked through.
