This Ground Lamb Burger recipe is the favorite of my friend’s wife. Whenever I visit his house, she definitely serves this dish. Really this dish is delicious. My friend says that he likes his wife due to this dish. So if you want to bring delightment to your house try this Ground Lamb Burger recipe.
Ingredients
  Ground lamb 2 Pound
  Onion 2 Small, chopped
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried apricots 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), finley snipped
  Egg 2 , beaten
  Curry powder 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Step1-Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Step2-Shape into 9 patties.
Step3-Pan fry about 8 minutes. (4 minutes each side).
Serve with sauces,chutney, plain yogurt, sliced cucumbers.
