My friend’s daughter Yenene likes this Veggi Burger recipe. Though she is 15 years old, but she has mastered the cooking technique of this dish. Whenever there is a gathering of my family and my friends, she definitely cooks this Veggi Burger . Our children also enjoy this dish. You should try this Veggi Burger recipe.
Ingredients
  Rolled oats 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs), grated
  String beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tamari 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), diced
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Step1-Mix all the ingredients together, shape into patties.
Step2- Heat some oil in a skillet, brown patties on both sides.
Step3-Place in a baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
Step4-Top with a slice of Cheddar cheese 5 minutes before done.
Step5-Great with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and the works.
