Ingredients
  Boiling water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Bulgur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Cracked Wheat)
  Whole natural almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lean ground beef/Lean ground turkey 1 Pound
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Hamburger buns 4
  Lettuce 1
  Tomato slices 4
  Red onion slice 4
Directions

Pour water over bulgur; let stand until cool.
Place almonds in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F) 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted.
Cool; chop coarsely.
Drain bulgur well.
Combine bulgur, almonds, ground beef, green onions, garlic salt and basil; mix well.
Shape into 4 patties.
Grill or broll until desired doneness.
