Pie burgers

For crust
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Pillsbury'S Best)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Caraway seed 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
For filling
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Chili sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Combine flour and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Stir in cheese and caraway seed.
Add vinegar to milk.
Stir into flour mixture until dough clings together.
Divide in half on floured surface.
Roll out half of dough to a IO-inch square.
Cut into four 5-inch squares.
Place on un-greased cookie sheet.
Roll out remaining dough to an ll-inch square.
Cut into four 51/2-inch squares.
Divide Filling mixture in fourths; shape each to within 1/2-inch of edge of pastry on cookie sheet.
Moisten edge.
Top with remaining square of pastry.
Seal with fork.
Prick top for escape of steam.
Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Filling: Combine ground beef, onion soup mix, chili sauce, flour, pickle relish and salt.
