Turkey & Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
  Egg white 1
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soft french bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped shallots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground turkey breast 1 Pound
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, finely chopped
  Olive oil cooking spray 1
  Onion hamburger rolls 6 , split and warmed
  Condiment 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Sliced Tomatoes, Dijon Mustard, Rinsed And Crisped Lettuce Leaves, And/Or Sliced Dill Pickles)
Directions

In a medium-size bowl, beat egg white and wine until blended.
Stir in crumbs, salt, pepper, and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and mushrooms.
Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
Spray a wide nonstick frying pan with cooking spray.
Place over medium-high heat; add turkey pat-ties.
Cook, turning once, until patties are lightly browned on both sides and juices run clear when a knife is inserted in center (8 to 10 minutes).
