Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
  Nonfat mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Creamy mustard mayonnaise blend 2 Tablespoon
  Egg white 1
  Canned albacore tuna 12 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans, 6 1/8 Ounces Each)
  Dry breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), divided
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hamburger buns 6 Ounce, split (1 1/2 Ounces Each)
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Tomato slices 4
  Sweet onion slices 4
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Add tuna, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, and green onions; stir well.
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 4-inch patty.
Press remaining breadcrumbs evenly onto both sides of patties.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add patties; cover and cook patties 3 minutes.
Carefully turn patties, and cook, uncovered, 3 minutes or until patties are golden.
Spread mayonnaise evenly on the bun tops and bottoms.
Place lettuce, tomato, onion, and patties on bottom halves of buns; place tops on sandwiches.
