Barbecue Turkey Burgers

  Ground skinless white turkey meat 3 Pound (Use Fresh Ones)
  Grated peeled zucchini 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 16 Ounce, chopped finely, drained, rinsed (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Dried onion soup mix 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Bbq sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat free cheese slice 8 (Kraft / Borden)
  Fat free buns 8 (Wonder)

Combine the first four ingredients together in a bowl.
Form meat into patties.
Place patties in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before cooking.
Grill outside on outdoor grill or on a Jen-Aire grill inside for best results.
Baste patties with Bar-B-Q sauce while cooking.
Cook about 5-7 minutes on each side.
Place a slice of fat-free cheese on each patty for the last minute of cooking time.
