Barbecue Turkey Burgers
|Ground skinless white turkey meat||3 Pound (Use Fresh Ones)|
|Grated peeled zucchini||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||16 Ounce, chopped finely, drained, rinsed (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Dried onion soup mix||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Bbq sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fat free cheese slice||8 (Kraft / Borden)|
|Fat free buns||8 (Wonder)|
Combine the first four ingredients together in a bowl.
Form meat into patties.
Place patties in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before cooking.
Grill outside on outdoor grill or on a Jen-Aire grill inside for best results.
Baste patties with Bar-B-Q sauce while cooking.
Cook about 5-7 minutes on each side.
Place a slice of fat-free cheese on each patty for the last minute of cooking time.
