Baked Ln Beef Burger

  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Pillsbury Best)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery seeds 1 Teaspoon
For filling
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soda cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sage and marjoram in mixing bowl.
Combine water, cooking oil and 1/3 cup tomato sauce.
Add to dry ingredients all at once, stirring until dough clings together.
Knead lightly on floured surface 8 times.
Roll out to a 15x8-inch rectangle.
Spread Filling on dough to within 1/2-inch of 8-inch ends.
Roll as for jelly roll starting with 8-inch end.
Place seam-side down in greased 9x5-inch loaf pan or cookie sheet.
With scissors or sharp knife make 8 slashes down 1/3 through loaf.
Brush with milk; sprinkle with celery seed.
Bake at 375° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Turn out of pan onto serving platter.
