|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Monterey jack cheese slices||4 (Thin)|
Form ground beef into 8 thin patties.
Sprinkle onion salt and black pepper over them.
Place a slice of cheese on four of the patties.
Cover each with another patty, pinching to seal cheese inside.
Freeze in a 1-gallon freezer bag with waxed paper between each set of patties.
