Lamb Burger

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Stuffed green olives 20 , finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place minced lamb in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and knead mixture until it is no longer wet.
Shape into 4 to 6 patties.
Put patties in hinged wire grill and place on barbecue over solid bed of glowing coals.
Cook about 10 minutes on each side, turning burgers only once.
