Individual Beef Burger Stack Ups

|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Instant mashed potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Packaged, Enough For 4 Servings)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion with tops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Sharp american cheese slice||3|
In a bowl combine eggs, milk, the 1 teaspoon salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
Add ground beef; mix well.
Form mixture into 12 patties.
Place one beef patty in each of 6 individual casserole dishes.
Stir dry instant potatoes into 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in sour cream, green onion, chopped pimiento, and the 1/4 teaspoon salt; spoon over meat patties.
Top each casserole with one of the remaining meat patties.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes.
Cut cheese slices in half; arrange atop casseroles.
Bake till cheese melts, about 2 minutes longer.
If desired, heat catsup and pass to spoon atop casseroles.
