Turkey Sausage Patties

Ingredients
  Lean ground turkey 1 Pound
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Italian herb seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Plain bread crumbs 4 Tablespoon (Fine Crumbs)
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Homemade / Commercial Low Sodium Variety)
Directions

In a bowl, combine turkey, herbs and bread crumbs.
Stir well.
Add chicken broth and stir again.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Form into eight patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Spray skillet with vegetable oil, or use a nonstick skillet.
Cook patties in skillet over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes on each side, or until done.
