Turkey Sausage Patties
|Lean ground turkey||1 Pound|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Italian herb seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coriander||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Plain bread crumbs||4 Tablespoon (Fine Crumbs)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Homemade / Commercial Low Sodium Variety)|
In a bowl, combine turkey, herbs and bread crumbs.
Add chicken broth and stir again.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Form into eight patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Spray skillet with vegetable oil, or use a nonstick skillet.
Cook patties in skillet over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes on each side, or until done.
