  Egg 1
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion soup mix 1 Packet
  Soda cracker crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper topping 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pillsbury'S Best)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Gravy salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown gravy mix 3⁄4 Ounce (Pillsbury, 1 Package)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Meatballs: Beat egg in bowl, add ground beef, onion soup mix, cracker crumbs, catsup and pepper.
Blend well.
Form into 16 meatballs.
Place in a greased 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Topping: Beat eggs and milk together in mixing bowl with a rotary beater.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat only until smooth.
Pour batter over meatballs.
Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
