Good Ol' Burgers

  High protein cereal flakes 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Soy milk 120 Milliliter (3/2 Cup)
  Low sodium broth 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 45 Milliliter, minced (3 Tablespoon)
  Egg whites 2
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound (454 Gram)
  Whole wheat buns 4 (Ezeldel)

1. Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Let the cereal flakes soak up the milk for 5 minutes. Add lean ground beef. Mix well with clean bare hands. Shape into patties and grill for 7-10 minutes on each side or until the burgers reach desired doneness.
2. Serve with grilled tomatoes and onions along with fresh lettuce leaves, homemade ketchup, relish and dijon mustard.
