Good Ol' Burgers
|High protein cereal flakes||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Soy milk||120 Milliliter (3/2 Cup)|
|Low sodium broth||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||45 Milliliter, minced (3 Tablespoon)|
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound (454 Gram)|
|Whole wheat buns||4 (Ezeldel)|
1. Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Let the cereal flakes soak up the milk for 5 minutes. Add lean ground beef. Mix well with clean bare hands. Shape into patties and grill for 7-10 minutes on each side or until the burgers reach desired doneness.
2. Serve with grilled tomatoes and onions along with fresh lettuce leaves, homemade ketchup, relish and dijon mustard.
