Broiled Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
  Canned water packed tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, sliced
  Hamburger buns 4
  Sharp processed cheese slice 4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Slices)
Directions

1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine tuna, onion, mayonnaise, and mustard. Slice tomatoes in 4 slices each.
3. Split buns; toast.
4. Spoon 2 tablespoons tuna mixture on each half bun. Top with tomato slice and 1/2 slice cheese.
5. Broil 6 inches from heat 2 or 3 minutes or until cheese melts
