|Whole wheat bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely ground|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Mace||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
To make burgers, combine ground turkey with egg whites, crumbs, onion, mace, salt, and pepper.
Shape into 4 patties.
Place on a plate and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Cook burgers over medium-high heat, turning once.
Turkey burgers will cook in about 4 minutes.
Burgers will be crisp on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
Remove burgers to individual dishes and serve hot.
You may want to serve the burgers on warm hamburger buns.
