Balboa Party Burgers

  Real mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Kraft)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef pepper 2 Pound
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (Kraft)
  Rye bread slices 6 (Toasted)
  Soft margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce 4
  Tomatoes 2 Large, sliced
  Salt To Taste

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, onion and parsley; mix well.
Shape meat into six oval patties.
Broil on both sides to desired doneness.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top patties with sauce and cheese; broil until cheese is melted.
Spread toast with margarine; top with lettuce, tomato and patties.
