Hibbyburgers For Bachelors

  Ground meat 2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  English bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Canned mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt To Taste (Lawry's)
  Sherry 1 Ounce (Gallo Straight)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Add eggs to ground meat.
Add onion, green pepper and bread crumbs to mixture.
Knead in.
Add mushrooms.
Add seasonings and spices to taste.
Add sherry.
Mix well together.
Have charcoals red hot.
Initially sear hamburgers slightly on each side to keep juices from escaping.
Make sure the grill is far enough away from the coals so the hamburgers do not burn.
Grill hamburgers for 5 minutes, turn and cook the other side.
