Hamburger pattie for a delicious mouthful of burger. This burger pattie is really healthy, it has spinach and bit of bleu cheese but not bun. Hamburger pattie by Socalgurrrl is good for the weight watchers who are looking for a small meal.
Ingredients
  Extra lean ground beef 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bleu cheese 1 Tablespoon, crumbled
  Fresh spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a microwave oven, cook hamburger patty with extra lean beef.
2. In a plate, make a bed with spinach leaves, place the patty and beef over it. Top with bleu cheese.

SERVING
3. Serve the Beef Hamburger Patty as sandwich or burger.
