|Ham||1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces (cooked)|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Milliliter (1/8 teaspoon)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind ham and onion (about 2 cups or 500 ml) into small mixing bowl.
Add pepper, eggs, and parsley; mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased hot griddle over medium heat; cook, lightly browning both sides.
