Ham Patties

Ingredients
  Ham 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces (cooked)
  Onion 1⁄2 Small
  Pepper 1⁄2 Milliliter (1/8 teaspoon)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind ham and onion (about 2 cups or 500 ml) into small mixing bowl.
Add pepper, eggs, and parsley; mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased hot griddle over medium heat; cook, lightly browning both sides.
